In 2018 IBS became the first and only Russian school in the PRME Champions group. In 2019,
IBS was invited to the PRME Champions group for the next two-year cycle (2020-2021).

PRME Champions is a group of leading business schools with an ambitious commitment to
collaborate to advance responsible management education.

IBS is committed to promoting principles of responsible management education and
integration of SGDs into curriculum, research and partnerships.
Corporate social responsibility and sustainable development have been prioritized by IBS for many years and since 2014 have been part of the School's mission and one of the directions of the School's strategic development.

The School has a long tradition of promoting and implementing the principles of social responsibility and sustainable development in all areas of its activities. IBS was the first Russian school to join the UN PRME initiative in 2008, and until 2012 remained the only active participant from Russia.

PRME is embedded in the UN Global Compact, who has more than 11,000 companies signed up to work towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Working with UN Global Compact, PRME’s vision is to create a global movement and drive thought leadership on responsible management education in the spirit of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
